We do provide Telemedicine in English, so please ask us if you would like.

For a patient who would like to have Telemedicine,

Flow of a procedure is below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us by email or call.

➀ Please ask us, “ Request of Telemedicine” from “APPOINTMENT” or “CONTACT US” on our website or call.

②We send “The agreement of Telemedicine” to you by email or FAX. Please read carefully and understand it. When you agree with it, please put your signature and send us the agreement with below your information by email or FAX.

(1）The agreement with your signature

(2) Your photo ID such as resident card, passport

(3) Something we can verify your address or staying place

(4) Japanese health insurance if you would like to use it

Furthermore, please let us know 3 requests of what date and time you would like to have an appointment.

The time for Telemedicine : 10:00 am to 12:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturdays

③We tell you when is the appointment as confirmation. If you are OK, please pay for first payment such as reservation fee, usage fee, and so on within the period.  Then, the appointment will be confirmed.

④After confirmed the appointment, we will send Interview sheet, so please fill in completely all your medical information, and return the form until 1 hour before consultation as Telemedicine. Please give the doctor all your medical information.

⑤We will send link (Zoom) by email for Telemedicine, so please click the link at your appointment time. Also, please use the device with camera. The consultation will be for around 20 mins.

⑥After consultation, we will send second payment such as prescription fee. Please pay for that, then we will send medicine or prescription if you need.

As information, the doctor might prescribe medicine for within 7 days if your consultation is first time according to the rule.
