How to take online consultation

We will reply and tell you your appointment time. Also,
we will send the payment by another email. -
STEP 03
When you would like to confirm the appointment,
please reply to the email with your photo ID such as passport,
residence cord. If you need to get regular medicines,
please also send all information about them such as previous prescription,
doctor’s note, or medical records.
Please pay within 30 minutes after you get the email of the payment.

When you need medication,
a pharmacy will contact you by email on the day.
Cancellation: Cancel fee will be 100% after payment and confirmation of your appointment.
