MEDICATION for WEIGHT LOSS
For confirmation: Your BMI should be over 25.
① No Medical history below.
* Diabetes
* Hormone issues ( Personal or family history of MEN 2, a condition that causes endocrine gland tumors, and history of thyroid cancer)
* Gallbladder disease
* Serious bowel issues
* Have or have had pancreatitis
* Having surgery
* Kidney disease
* Stomach or intestine problems, such as problems digesting food
* An unusual or allergic reaction to tirzepatide, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
* Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
* Breastfeeding
* Having much alcohol
② You might not be able to take the medication when you have below.
If you take medicine below, please let us know.
* Antiviral medications for HIV or AIDS
* Aspirin and aspirin-like medications
* Beta blockers, such as atenolol, metoprolol, propranolol
* Warfarin
* Certain medications for blood pressure, heart disease, irregular heartbeat
* Chromium * Clonidine * Diuretics
* Estrogen or progestin hormones * Steroid medications, such as prednisone
* Male hormones or anabolic steroids * Fenofibrate * Gemfibrozil
* Guanethidine * Isoniazid * Lanreotide
* MAOIs, such as Marplan, Nardil, and Parnate
* Medications for weight loss * Medications for allergies, asthma, cold, or cough
* Medications for depression, anxiety, or mental health conditions
* Niacin * Nicotine
* NSAIDs, medications for pain and inflammation, such as ibuprofen or naproxen
* Other medications for diabetes, such as glyburide, glipizide, or glimepiride
* Pentamidine * Phenytoin * Probenecid * Reserpine
* Quinolone antibiotics, such as ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin
* Sulfamethoxazole; trimethoprim * Some herbal dietary supplements
About side effects
Side effects that you should tell us as soon as possible:
* Allergic reactions—skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
* Change in vision
* Dehydration—increased thirst, dry mouth, feeling faint or lightheaded, headache, dark yellow or brown urine
* Fast or irregular heartbeat
* Gallbladder problems—severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, fever
* Kidney injury—decrease in the amount of urine, swelling of the ankles, hands, or feet
* Pancreatitis—severe stomach pain that spreads to your back or gets worse after eating or when touched, fever, nausea, vomiting
* Thyroid cancer—new mass or lump in the neck, pain or trouble swallowing, trouble breathing, hoarseness
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention:
* Constipation * Diarrhea * Loss of appetite * Nausea
* Upset stomach
Please understand that you can not use Japanese health insurance if you need treatment for side effect.
【How to proceed to get the medication】
STEP 1:
① First consultation
② Check Height and Weight
③ Blood test
If you have had the test in 1 month, you do not need to take it and show it.
④ A doctor might ask to have counseling with a nutritionist.
⑤ Order medication
⑥ The payment includes medicines.
⑦ Please pick them up. A nurse explains how to take the shot.
STEP 2: Refill
① Please order by email. Please let us know about the dosages and how many shots/pills you need.
② We will ask about the payment by bank transfer.(Credit card)
③ When we confirm your payment, we will prepare the medication.
④ Please pick them up.
When you come to our clinic, we check your body weight as well.
* We do not provide an online consultation now.
Need doctor’s consultation (ask for blood tests) every 6 months.
However, if you would like to have doctor’s consultation, please feel free to ask us.
