Super malaria

According to an article from Time Magazine of September 28, 2017, the ‘Super Malaria’ spread out in Southeast Asia including Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.  The symptoms of malaria such as fever, a chill, a headache, vomiting, arthralgia, the muscular pain appear one or two weeks after mosquito bite.  The ‘Super Malaria’ has resistance for antimalarial drugs such as artemisinin and piperaquine.  Because the ‘Super Malaria’ has resistance from these antimalaria drugs, for the protection from the disease, using Insect repellant that contains DEET and wearing long sleeve shirts and pants have been recommended.
